Taking the Plunge shown at Buster
26-6-2013The Buster International Film Festival for Children and Youth is held from the 5th until the 15th of September 2013, in Copenhagen, Denmark. This festival mainly focusses on young audience. They create a platform for films that usually aren't shown at the (Danish) movietheaters. Because of their remarkable selection of films, this filmfestival can broaden the horizon of the young audience. We are very proud that we are being a part of this, with our youthdocumentary 'Taking the Plunge'.
The documentary 'Taking the Plunge' from Michiel Brongers is about 10-year old Kaleigh, who can't swim. She never learned how to. She still has to wear stupid life-belts, and she hates those! She is now determined to get her swimming diploma, before the summer starts. Will Kaleigh be able to pull it off? And why didn't she ever learn how to swim?
